Komeya is an Importer of Premium Organic Japanese Rice.
The requested theme of the site was to reflect Nature, and give the visitors a feel of 4 seasons, all without a need to change the color scheme of the site each season.
Client also wished for 2way communication functionalities, where the Japanese Farmers (who are not necessarily Technologically savvy) can post a quick update of their daily activities and the growth of their “Special A grade” Rice.
The client plans to expand their operations by importing all sorts of luxury items from Japan in the near future.
As such, the site needed functionalities where each categories only displaying relevant information, images and tools.
We have implemented an ingenious technologies which…
- Each posts only displaying Image Slides of the particular category which it belongs (e.g. A Rice Category Article will only show Rice Related images in the slide show. Likewise a Mountain Bike Category Article will only show Bike Images and NOT Rice images).
- The Home page Slide show can display any given images from any category (e.g. it can show 2 selected images from Rice, 1 from Bike, and 3 from Educational toys).
- A Membership System which enables the site owner to separate clients groups if desired. And each group will only see ads and tools in the sidebars which are relevant to the group.
All this and more are created both in Japanese and English WP environments, making this site truly bi-lingual in its functionalities and contents.
